Vertical Celebration of our Cabernet Sauvignon

Join us for a vertical tasting of our Cabernet Sauvignon which we are offering under Coravin for a limited period in the tasting room this winter.

You will be guided through the evolution of 4 outstanding wines, including the rare and refined Lot 71 Reserves, as you taste and compare back vintages from 2015 through to 2019.

You are welcome to commence your journey with the complimentary inclusion of a taste of each of our Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, before moving on to the Cabernet Sauvignon vertical flight.

There will also be an opportunity on the day to purchase museum and back vintages (while stocks last).

Pre-order a Wine Deck Patter for two people:  To round out your visit, consider pre-ordering a tasty selection of local produce to enjoy alongside your tasting or with a glass of your favourite wine afterwards, including two varieties of handmade farmhouse cheese from Cambray Cheese, Vasse Virgin marinated olives, Margaret River Venison chorizo, preserves, and gourmet Margaret River Crackers.
