Chardonnay Immersion Masterclass

We invite you to join us for a guided Chardonnay masterclass, in the beautiful surrounds of Passel Estate, overlooking the very Chardonnay vines from which the fruit that went into your glass was hand-harvested.

You will be guided through 4 outstanding expressions of this Queen variety of Margaret River, including the rare and refined Lot 71 Reserve Chardonnay and at least one museum vintage.

Explore and compare the distinct flavours of the Chardonnay clones planted at Passel Estate.  Relish in the bold flavours of our iconic Gingin clone; admire the restrained elegance of Burgundy’s Dijon clone 95; and witness the magic that occurs when the clones are thoughtfully blended by our winemaker to craft a complex and layered Chardonnay worth savouring.
